Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1 June 2026 · Cadence, Singapore
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to any Cadence coaching plan. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Cadence
Cadence is an online fitness coaching service based in Singapore. We provide personalised training programmes, weekly coaching support, and structured accountability via WhatsApp and our client portal.
2. Subscription Plans
Cadence offers three monthly subscription tiers: Foundation, Coached, and Concierge. All subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise Cadence to charge your nominated payment method each month until you cancel.
Plan features are as described on our website at the time of purchase. Cadence reserves the right to adjust plan features with reasonable notice.
3. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Subscription charges are made at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your programme and coaching until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
To cancel, email us at enquire@cadencecoach.fit or cancel directly via your Stripe billing portal.
5. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable. Cadence does not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
6. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Cadence provides general fitness coaching only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any exercise programme, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider if you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
By subscribing, you confirm that you are physically capable of undertaking the activities described in your programme and that you take full responsibility for your own health and safety during training. Cadence accepts no liability for injuries, health complications, or other adverse outcomes arising from participation in any programme.
7. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of Cadence coaching, you agree to:
- Complete the onboarding form accurately and honestly, including disclosing relevant injuries or medical conditions
- Follow your programme as designed and communicate any changes in health or circumstances to your coach promptly
- Participate in weekly check-ins in good faith
- Use the Cadence service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
8. Intellectual Property
All training programmes, content, materials, and coaching frameworks provided by Cadence are the intellectual property of Cadence. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any Cadence content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cadence's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim. Cadence is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
10. Modifications to Service
Cadence may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
